Update

Wow, almost 3 months have gone by?! Well, here's a quick play-by-play of some of the things we've been up to!

Kristen's dancenastics team performed for a boxing meet and did an awesome job!

Purple Power Play on Poyntz

Kristen and Ashton participated in the 8th annual Manhattan Cross Country School Fitness Challenge (a 1/2 mile fun run) with some school friends

We enjoyed an afternoon in Wamego at Oztoberfest - all about The Wizard of Oz

Kids had field trips to Britt's Pumpkin Patch




And Dylan is growing so fast!

Hays, KS

We spent a nice long weekend with family in Hays! The kids had a wonderful time playing with cousins and visiting with grandparents. This was Dylan's first trip back home and he got plenty of love! ;)

Dance camp

Caitlyn had a wonderful week of dance camp with her best friend. They spent a week being princesses! She was so happy to being doing a big kid activity.

Tae Kwon Do

We finally got around to getting Ashton enrolled in Tae Kwon Do. Of course, upon visiting the ATA center, all THREE of the children decided they wanted to take Tae Kwon Do. I guess we'll see who sticks it out in the end. So far they are all loving it.

The kids had to try on their uniforms as soon as we got them. This is without the belts. They were presented with their white belts during their first class.

3rd Grade Field Day

The 3rd graders had FIELD DAY at school last week. It turned out to be a windy, cloudy, 50 degree day (I believe it was 46 degrees with the wind chill!), but that didn't slow down my girl! She is one tough kid!

Growing and growing

New pictures of Dylan!

He was 9lbs. 9 oz. at his 2 month checkup (gained almost 4 lbs. since birth). This puts him at only the 10th percentile for a full term 2 month old, but according to his doctor, its impressive for a preemie to be on the charts at all!

Dylan has been smiling at us this last couple of weeks, especially at Ashton. Baby smiles are so cute!!!

Kristen wanted to share her new baby brother with her friends at school. She put together these adorable announcement treats with pacifier and teddy bear candies for her classmates. Too cute!
