Kristen performed with her dancenastics team, the klassy kittens, at the K-State Week of the Young Child family picnic. They did an excellent job, despite a "technical difficulty". Great job girls!

Missed pictures
Ok, Caitlyn has been three years old for a good several months now, but I forgot to post pictures in the midst of the Christmas chaos. And I have nothing else to post. I actually just checked my own blog to see how far along I am on my pregnancy ticker. It's the only way I can keep track!

Baby!
It's a boy! Due date is still in April, although I have no idea how I'll make it another 4 months. I can't zip my coat!
Here is a couple of the sonogram photos - the first two are the baby's profile, and the second is of tummy, legs, and feet. The technician was so funny - she actually printed out FIVE "it's a boy" shots for me to take home. We're sure.

I can't believe it's the end of November!!
Wow, I haven't had a chance to post in two month!? That's terrible. Well, I would have posted Halloween pics, but my computer had to be sent to HP to be repaired again. I am missing it very much. Kristen was a SCARY witch for Halloween (NOT a pretty witch, at her request). Ashton dressed up as Indiana Jones, although he had managed to lose the essential IJ hat just before the big day. Caitlyn wavered between a pink ladybug and a brown puppy costume for weeks. Then Aunt D found a Poky Little Puppy costume (a Caitlyn favorite) just in time and she was adorable!
Will post very exciting pictures as soon as I get my computer back.

School starts
Kristen began the third grade in August and although she was NOT looking forward to going back, she was thrilled to be assigned to the same class as her BFF. Mrs. Harper is a very kind teacher, who has a third grade daughter herself, and everything is going well so far, but then Kristen's always been very adaptable!
Ashton began yet another year of preschool at a new school on August 31, and believe it or not he seems to be enjoying it this year! Yay!! Seperation anxiety and the dragging feet are slowly disappearing. He's made a ton of friends already and Mrs. Hinkle really knows what she's doing! We're so pleased with our decision to wait another year for kindergarten! I think this year is really going to give him the confidence he needs to take on kindergarten next year!
